Appartementen met gedeeld zwembad
Prachtig vakantieverblijf dat als een juweel schittert op de heuvels van Montalbano. Deze weelderige villa, gelegen op een hoogte van ongeveer 400 meter, biedt adembenemende terrassen die uitkijken over het uitgestrekte landschap van de Valdinievole-vallei en haar majestueuze heuvels. Genesteld in het schilderachtige "fractiestadje" San Baronto, bevindt deze villa zich te midden van een idyllische omgeving waar weelderige wijngaarden en olijfboomgaarden de heuvels sieren, terwijl eeuwenoude bossen met kastanje- en eikenbomen de top bekronen. Het is een regio doordrenkt van geschiedenis en culinaire tradities, waar de beroemde Chianti-wijn van Montalbano wordt geproduceerd en charmante wijnkelders en trattoria's u verwelkomen met open armen.
Op slechts 40 km afstand wacht het betoverende stadje Viareggio met zijn prachtige stranden op u, terwijl steden als Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena en San Gimignano gemakkelijk bereikbaar zijn voor boeiende dagtochten vol kunst, cultuur en geschiedenis. Terugkomend bij de villa Floriana, kunt u op comfortabele ligstoelen, omringd door de zachte bries en het geluid van de natuur relaxen. Het zwembad, biedt een welverdiende ontsnapping aan de drukte van het dagelijks leven en is een gedeelde oase van rust voor alle gasten van het complex.
Wij bieden een 2 slaapkamer appartment op dit complex aan voor 6 personen, het is een elegant en gastvrij appartement Het appartement is 60 vierkante meter ) en heeft gedeeltelijk airconditioning (lees de beschrijving hieronder om te controleren in welke kamers de units zijn geïnstalleerd). Het appartement bevindt zich op de bovenste verdieping van een gebouw met drie verdiepingen. U bereikt het met een lift en vervolgens via een loopbrug met ongeveer 20 traptreden.

- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

Als er airco staat aangegeven op onze website betekent dit niet altijd dat er airco in alle ruimtes is, vraag ons hiernaar.
