Of u nu romantisch met zijn 2en op vakantie wilt, of u wilt op vakantie met het gezin. Deze mooie woning kan zowel als woning met privé zwembad worden gehuurd, maar ook als 2 losse appartementen. De woning is gelegen vlakbij het Trasimeno meer en Cortona. Vanaf hier heeft u een prachtig uitzicht over de groene omgeving. Als u de gehele woning huurt heeft u een eigen zwembad en een eigen tuin. Anders deelt u deze. Bij het zwembad vindt u naast de ligbedjes een douche en in de tuin vindt u naast een barbecue ook een speeltuin voor de kinderen. De hele woning heeft 3 slaapkamers voor in totaal 6+3 personen. Er zijn meerdere woonkamers waarvan enkele met sofabed. Daarnaast is er een bijgebouw waar u nog een woonkamer en de 3e slaapkamer vind. In twee van de woonkamers bevindt zich ook een keuken waar u kunt kokerellen. In sommige ruimtes is airconditioning aanwezig. Lees de beschrijving zodat u kunt zien in welke ruimtes er airco aanwezig is.

- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter een optionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.
