Vakantiehuis (5 slaapkamers) met privé zwembad (enkel gedeeld met de eigenaar) voor 10+4 personenmbad voor 10+4 personen
Dit mooie vakantiehuis is gelegen op de 1e verdieping van een villa. Doordat het hoger gelegen is heeft u een mooi uitzicht over de groene omgeving. Bij deze woning is ontbijt inbegrepen dus daar hoeft u zich dus niet druk om te maken. De woning is centraal gelegen op ongeveer een kilometer van het dorp met restaurant en supermarkt. U heeft de beschikking over een zwembad, welke u enkel deelt met de eigenaar, een eigen tuin en een eigen patio. In de tuin vindt u een speeltuintje voor de kinderen. In de woonkamer vindt u een prachtige muurschildering maar ook een eettafel voor 8 personen. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers met eigen badkamer. De 4e slaapkamer bereikt u door middel van slaapkamer 3 en er is nog een 5e slaapkamer. In 4 van de 5 slaapkamers is airconditioning aanwezig.

- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the kitchen through a corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The kitchen has a window. You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe and a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with lucid green tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed).
