The first patio is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. In the patio you will find a fenced children's playground. From the patio you will have a view of the greenery.

Patio 2

The second patio is 65 square meters (700 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen through a corridor going down five steps. It is partly shaded by a roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery.

Garden

The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a wooden gazebo. From the garden you will enjoy a nice view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.

Wellness area

You will reach the wellness area from the villa going down a route that includes approximately 28 stairway steps. Here you will find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats. The wellness area is partly shaded by a wood roof. From the wellness area you will enjoy a lovely view of the valley and of the greenery.

Verandah

The verandah is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. You will find tables, chairs and two deck chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the valley and of Modica.

Entrance Level

Living Room

The living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include three sofas. In this room you will find an upright piano (please contact us before making your reservation if you plan to use the piano, as we need to make sure that it is in working order). In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.

Kitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker and one electric burner, two gas ovens, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen has a Juliet balcony, and here you will also find a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3

You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it from the kitchen.
