Appartementen (9) met gedeeld zwembad met whirlpool
Deze agriturismo bevindt zich slechts 8 km buiten Siena en biedt een adembenemend uitzicht over de wijngaarden en heuvels van Chianti. Temidden van olijfbomen beschikt het over een royaal seizoensgebonden zwembad met ligstoelen en parasols. Het geheel is gelegen in het landelijke Rocche Valiano, op slechts 6 km van de winkels en restaurants aan de rand van Siena. De appartementen zijn smaakvol ingericht in rustieke Toscaanse stijl, met terracotta vloeren en houten balkenplafonds. De keuken is uitgerust met een vaatwasser, broodrooster en waterkoker. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeergelegenheid. Het zwembad is geopend van mei tot september.

- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

Als er airco staat aangegeven op onze website betekent dit niet altijd dat er airco in alle ruimtes is, vraag ons hiernaar.

Glicine
L'appartment is on two floors.On the first floor there is a large living room, a kitchen and a small bathroom with shower. On the second floor there are two double bedroom, in one a sofa bed single and one big bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large private garden with shadow and it is close to the parking lot. Fiordaliso
Appartamento Fiordaliso is completely on the ground floor with a living area with equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area consists in a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is a small garden equipped with a table and chairs. At customer's disposal the same supplies as the other apartments. The customer will find on site the kit of bathroom products (hand soap, shower and underwear, toilet paper) and one for the kitchen (2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags).
Verbena
The Verbena is an apartment on the first floor with a flight of stairs to the entrance. It has no garden and is composed of a living room with equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The customer will find on site the kit of bathroom products (hand soap, shower and underwear, toilet paper) and one for the kitchen (2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, garbage bags).
