Deze sfeervolle villa, gelegen op korte afstand van het strand, biedt een perfecte combinatie van comfort en charme voor een onvergetelijke vakantie. Geschikt voor 12 personen, met prachtig uitzicht op het omliggende groen en gedeeltelijk op de zee, nodigt deze woning uit tot ultiem ontspannen. Met een privézwembad, een terras, een tuin en directe toegang tot het strand, kun je volop genieten van de mediterrane omgeving. Airconditioning, winterverwarming en gratis Wi-Fi zorgen voor extra comfort.
De villa ligt op slechts een paar kilometer van het gezellige centrum, waar restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer te vinden zijn. Binnen een korte wandeling bereik je een supermarkt, een lokaal restaurant en het zandstrand van Pantano Arizza. Bij aankomst parkeer je gemakkelijk je auto binnen de toegangspoort, waar plek is voor vier voertuigen. De villa is volledig gelijkvloers en gemakkelijk toegankelijk.
Het privézwembad is een oase van rust, omgeven door ligstoelen, parasols en een pergola die voor schaduw zorgt. In de grote tuin, omringd door bomen, kun je ontspannen in een van de zithoeken of genieten van een picknick aan de eettafel. Voor extra plezier is er een speelplaats voor kinderen en een tafeltennistafel. Van hieruit bewonder je het uitzicht op het zwembad en de zee in de verte.
Gasten kunnen hun verblijf verrijken met extra’s zoals kooklessen, wijnproeverijen, een chef-service of yoga. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden voor massages, boottochten en transfers. Met directe toegang tot het strand via een korte, vlakke wandelroute, biedt deze villa alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen vakantie aan zee.

- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

Villa
The living room is paved with Venetian mosaic. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden and the swimming pool through three French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through a cased opening. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window, as well as a small window that opens into the living room, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the third bedroom. You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the second bedroom. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
the bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
Roof Level
Terrace
The terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance.
Annex
Patio
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. From the patio you will enjoy a pleasant view of the garden.
Family room
You will be able to enter the family room from the patio through an external access. The ceiling is made of wood. In the family room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room also has a window. The family room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the patio through an external access. The ceiling is sloped and is made of wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
