- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.
- Airconditioning
Als er airco staat aangegeven op onze website betekent dit niet altijd dat er airco in alle ruimtes is, vraag ons hiernaar.

Appt A
a welcoming independent house immersed in a splendid landscape, in the heart of a wonderful little town. It sleeps eight people.
The kitchen is paved with wood. The ceiling has white exposed wood beams. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). The kitchen has a window with a view of the garden and of the other buildings.
Bedroom 1 - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor or from another independent entrance. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). There is a fireplace made of bricks. The furnishings include a bedroom chair and two chairs bed for two guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows with a view of the garden, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Appt B
The living room is paved with wood. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table is a countertop with flap, and can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has three windows with a view of the garden.
Bedroom

Appt E
located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the parking area going up approximately eight stairway steps.
