Dit mooie complex telt 6 woningen elk met een eigen ingang en de meesten met een eigen patio/ terras. Om het complex heen kunt u genieten van een prachtig panoramisch uitzicht. Op deze locatie kunt u een diner boeken, maar ook een kookles, en de locatie biedt diverse excursiemogelijkheden zoals paardrijden. De eigenaar woont op hetzelfde landgoed. U deelt een heerlijk zwembad met de andere appartementen. Ook hier kunt u uitkijken over de wijngaarden. In de grote tuin (5000m2) vindt u oude olijfbomen die uw schaduw bieden op warme zomerdagen. Tevens vindt u hier een pingpong en voetbal tafel en er is een barbecue. Daarnaast is er een gedeelde wasruimte waar u een wasmachine vindt. Hier kunt u tegen betaling gebruik van maken. Alle appartementen hebben een eigen keuken, en 2 of 3 slaapkamers. De woningen zijn gelegen vlakbij een dorp met restaurants, maar ook vlakbij Florence. Kortom een heerlijke locatie voor uw volgende vakantie.

Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.
