Op een groene heuvel, niet ver van de zee bij Follonica, ligt een sfeervol Toscaans landgoed waar rust, natuur en eenvoud elkaar ontmoeten. Dit kleinschalige complex bestaat uit een voormalige boerderij, omgebouwd tot twaalf comfortabele vakantieappartementen, elk met een eigen buitenruimte en volop privacy, maar met gezellige gedeelde plekken die uitnodigen tot samenzijn.

Op een groene heuvel, niet ver van de zee bij Follonica, ligt een sfeervol Toscaans landgoed waar rust, natuur en eenvoud elkaar ontmoeten. Dit kleinschalige complex bestaat uit een voormalige boerderij, omgebouwd tot twaalf comfortabele vakantieappartementen, elk met een eigen buitenruimte en volop privacy, maar met gezellige gedeelde plekken die uitnodigen tot samenzijn.
Centraal op het terrein ligt een omheind zwembad van zestien bij negen meter, omringd door ligstoelen en parasols. Vanaf hier kijk je uit over het omringende groen, waar olijfbomen en geurige struiken de sfeer bepalen. In de tuin van een hectare groot vind je pergola’s, picknicktafels, een stenen barbecue en zelfs een traditionele houtoven voor pizza’s. Onder de bomen en schaduwrijke hoekjes is het heerlijk toeven op warme zomerdagen.
Het landgoed beschikt ook over een ruime, overdekte patio met comfortabele zitplekken en een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin. Er is een wasruimte beschikbaar en voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor alle gasten. Een onverharde weg van twee kilometer leidt naar dit verborgen plekje, weg van de drukte, waar de Toscaanse eenvoud in elk detail voelbaar is.
Een heerlijke plek voor wie houdt van natuur, rust, authentieke charme én de nabijheid van de kust.

The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room also has a Juliet balcony, as well as a arched window.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace equipped with table and chairs through a French door.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The room has a window.

Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.
Internetverbinding
Is er een internetverbinding aangegeven op onze websitepagina met het volgende icoontje. Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter een optionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.
