Intro
Villa (5 slaapkamers) met privé zwembad voor 12+2 personen
Deze charmante villa, gelegen in het rustige Siciliaanse platteland, biedt een idyllische vakantie-ervaring voor maximaal 14 personen. Met een oppervlakte van 200 vierkante meter en omgeven door weelderig groen, straalt de woning warmte en authenticiteit uit. Gasten genieten van een privézwembad, een beschut terras, een ruime tuin en gratis Wi-Fi, wat bijdraagt aan een ontspannen en zorgeloos verblijf.
De villa ligt op korte afstand van Caltagirone, waar je gezellige restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer vindt. Voor dagelijkse boodschappen is er een supermarkt op slechts enkele kilometers afstand, terwijl de dichtstbijzijnde stranden perfect zijn voor een dagje uit. Bij aankomst parkeer je eenvoudig je auto gratis op het terrein, waarna je via een korte wandeling en een paar treden de woning bereikt.
Het privézwembad is een oase van rust, omringd door een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols. Hier geniet je van panoramische uitzichten over de omliggende natuur. De pergola op het terras biedt schaduwrijke plekken, ideaal om te ontspannen of te dineren aan de grote tafels. Het uitnodigende patioontwerp versterkt de charme van het buitenleven.
De weelderige tuin is een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen, met oude olijfbomen, een stenen barbecue en comfortabele zithoeken. Daarnaast biedt de veranda extra ruimte voor lange maaltijden of gezellige momenten, terwijl je geniet van het uitzicht op het zwembad en de tuin. - Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

Als er airco staat aangegeven op onze website betekent dit niet altijd dat er airco in alle ruimtes is, vraag ons hiernaar.
Beschikbaarheid/Indeling
Villa
The patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a wood bench and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by century-old olive trees. The garden is equipped with a sofa and armchairs, as well as with a sun umbrella and external showers. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the surrounding countryside.
Verandah
The verandah is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to reach it from the living room. Is equipped with two armchairs, and the dining table can accommodate 12 guests. From the verandah you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and is made of wood. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and armchairs. There is a small fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah and the garden through two French doors. The room also has a large panoramic window, as well as a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a small window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the patio through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the garden through an external access. In the bedroom you will find an open mezzanine level, without door.
