Deze elegante villa biedt een serene en gastvrije omgeving in het hart van de Siciliaanse natuur, perfect voor een ontspannen vakantie. Met ruimte voor 13 personen en een groot woonoppervlak van 400 vierkante meter biedt dit vakantiehuis alle comfort die je nodig hebt. Geniet van de luxe van een privézwembad, een uitgestrekt terras en een prachtige tuin. Airconditioning, winterverwarming en snelle Wi-Fi zorgen ervoor dat je verblijf comfortabel en zorgeloos is.
De villa ligt op slechts 14 kilometer van het historische centrum van Modica, waar je charmante restaurants en lokale winkels kunt ontdekken. Voor een snelle hap of boodschappen kun je terecht bij een restaurant op 3 kilometer afstand en een supermarkt op 6 kilometer. Dankzij de praktische indeling kun je gemakkelijk parkeren op het terrein zonder trappen te hoeven beklimmen, wat extra gemak biedt tijdens je verblijf.
Het zoutwaterzwembad is een van de hoogtepunten van deze villa, met afmetingen van 9 bij 16 meter en een diepte tot 3 meter. Het zwembad biedt een panoramisch uitzicht op het omliggende groen en is uitgerust met ligstoelen, parasols en zelfs hangmatten. De royale patio van 800 vierkante meter is gedeeltelijk beschaduwd door bomen en biedt ruimte voor gezellige maaltijden, spelletjes aan de pingpongtafel en barbecueavonden.
De idyllische tuin van 1200 vierkante meter is een oase van rust, met citrus- en fruitbomen die natuurlijke schaduw bieden. - Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

Als er airco staat aangegeven op onze website betekent dit niet altijd dat er airco in alle ruimtes is, vraag ons hiernaar.

Villa
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling is made of wood. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include three sofas, an armchair and a desk. There is a nice fireplace. Here you will find a pool table. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen through a stone arched opening. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the garden through an external access. The ceiling of the second kitchen is sloped and is made of wood. It is very well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, a gas oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an American-style coffee-maker. There is also a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. The two dining tables can accommodate 12 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels).
Mezzanine Level
In the corridor you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing a wooden staircase with 15 steps. The mezzanine is paved with wood. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a sofa, two armchairs and a chaise longue. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 70 centimeters (2.3 feet) at its lowest point. The mezzanine has a small window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a jacuzzi bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.

You will be able to enter the seventh bedroom from the third kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and light-blue majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter it through an external access.
