Klein complex van 6 vakantiehuizen, gelegen te midden van het betoverende Toscaanse platteland. Deze charmante accommodaties maken deel uit van een prachtige oude boerderij, genesteld op de helling van een zacht glooiende heuvel, ver weg van drukke wegen, waardoor u kunt genieten van een vredig en rustig verblijf. Laat u betoveren door de heldere en geparfumeerde lucht terwijl u uw ogen laat dwalen over een weids panorama van heuvels, die zich uitstrekken als golven van een groene zee. Geniet van de helderheid van de wijngaarden en de rust van de kleine eikenbossen die het landschap sieren. Vanaf een nabijgelegen heuvel kunt u zelfs het majestueuze profiel van de middeleeuwse burcht van Montalcino bewonderen, dat bekend staat om zijn beroemde "Brunello di Montalcino" wijn.
Onze boerderij strekt zich uit over 2 hectare grond, deels tuin en deels wijngaard, en bestaat uit drie prachtige oude gebouwen die liefdevol zijn gerestaureerd. Elk huis ademt nog steeds de kenmerkende charme en de landelijke schoonheid uit, zowel aan de buitenkant als in het interieur, met een decor dat rijk is aan lokale ambachtelijke voorwerpen. De eigenaren wonen op het terrein, dichtbij maar discreet, en staan altijd klaar om u vriendelijk te verwelkomen en te helpen met eventuele verzoeken of informatie die u nodig heeft.
Het fraaie zwembad, met zijn afmetingen van 7 bij 14 meter en een diepte van 2,5 meter, biedt een verfrissende oase te midden van de Toscaanse warmte. Ontspan op de ligstoelen, geniet van het prachtige uitzicht op de vallei en verfris uzelf onder de buitendouche. De uitgestrekte tuin van 22.000 vierkante meter, deels overschaduwd door majestueuze olijfbomen, biedt een idyllische omgeving om te ontspannen en te genieten. Speel een potje tafeltennis, bereid een heerlijke maaltijd op de gemetselde barbecue en geniet van het betoverende uitzicht op de tuinen en wijngaarden.

Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.
Internetverbinding
Is er een internetverbinding aangegeven op onze websitepagina met het volgende icoontje. Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter een optionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

Als er airco staat aangegeven op onze website betekent dit niet altijd dat er airco in alle ruimtes is, vraag ons hiernaar.
