Dit ruime, volledig gerenoveerde verblijf wordt omringd door cipressen en wijngaarden, waardoor u zich ondergedompeld voelt in het schilderachtige landschap van Toscane.
Het appartement biedt plaats aan twee personen in een stijlvol en comfortabel interieur. Het interieur, met aandacht voor detail, creëert een ontspannen sfeer waarin gasten volledig tot rust kunnen komen. De woonkamer is voorzien van een comfortabele bank en een flatscreen-tv. Grenzend aan de woonkamer bevindt zich de moderne open keuken en eetruimte, die van alle gemakken is voorzien, zoals een kookplaat, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en koelkast met vriesvak. Zelf koken wordt zo eenvoudig en aangenaam.
Ook buiten is aan alles gedacht om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het zwembad, omringd door stijlvolle ligstoelen en parasols, biedt een verfrissende plek om te ontspannen. De tuin nodigt uit tot ontspannen wandelingen in de schaduw van de bomen, perfect voor rustige momenten in de buitenlucht. De slaapkamer, elegant ingericht met een comfortabel tweepersoonsbed, ladekast en ruime kledingkast, biedt een knusse plek om tot rust te komen. Indien gewenst, kan tegen een kleine vergoeding de slaapbank in de woonkamer worden gebruikt voor extra slaapplaatsen.

- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.
