Intro

Dit mooie landhuis bestaat uit meerdere boerderijen en is gelegen in het rustige mediterrane platteland van Toscane, ver van de stress van het dagelijkse leven. Maar ook op slechts 10 km van Massa Marittima en van het strand. Dit prachtige kleinschalig vakantiecomplex is het hele jaar geopend en beschikt over 12 appartementen van verschillende afmetingen met 1 of 2 slaapkamers. De appartementen zijn ingericht met typisch Toscaanse ornamenten en meubels. Er is een groot buitenzwembad open in de zomermaanden. Voor sport en fitness liefhebbers is het mogelijk een mountainbike te huren of gebruik te maken van de sportschool faciliteiten.
De ruime eethoek en veranda bieden de mogelijkheid om ceremonies en zakelijke bijeenkomsten te organiseren. Hartelijkheid, eenvoud, discretie, beleefdheid en beschikbaarheid zijn kenmerken die de eigenaren kunnen beschrijven. De eigenaren zelf wonen het hele jaar in het landhuis. Ze zullen er alles aan doen dat uw verblijf een ontspannen en onvergetelijke vakantie word.

- Zwembad
Houd er rekening mee dat voor accommodaties met een zwembad de periode dat de zwembaden open zijn over het algemeen van mei tot oktober is, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden. Sommigen van hen kunnen ervoor en of erna nog geopend zijn, dus als u buiten het hoogseizoen reist check dit bij ons voorafgaande aan de boeking.
- Bereikbaarheid huizen
Let op, vele huizen hebben fraaie vergezichten, dit kan betekenen dat het laatste stuk van de weg niet geasfalteerd is (strada bianca). Sommige Nederlandse chauffeurs of lage auto’s kunnen dit als minder fijn ervaren, vraag ons hier naar, wij kunnen adviseren, daar we de meeste locaties kennen.

Dan kan dit Wifi of Mifi zijn (te gebruiken met iPhone) of via een internetsleutel (te gebruiken met een computer). Het betreft echter eenoptionele service en kan niet gegarandeerd worden vanwege de infrastructuur ter plaatse. Is internet heel erg belangrijk voor u, vraag ons dan voor u gaat boeken welk type internet het betreft, maar besef te allen tijde dat de snelheid en verbinding nooit is zoals in Nederland.

Als er airco staat aangegeven op onze website betekent dit niet altijd dat er airco in alle ruimtes is, vraag ons hiernaar.
